  • Participants are encouraged to submit Poster and Oral abstracts for review by the Scientific Committee.
  • The Committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the Congress Program and the format in which they will be presented:
    • Poster
    • Short talk (15 min)
    • Flash talk (3 min)
  • The Committee will accept a maximum 1 abstract for poster display/oral presentation per presenting author.

  • Please note: The corresponding author is designated as the default presenting author. By submitting your abstract for EOW 2027, you confirm your commitment to attend the conference in person in Spain. Additionally, you verify that you are proficient in English and capable of both delivering the presentation and engaging in a Q&A session with the audience.
  • Once the abstract submission deadline is reached, no changes may be made to the abstract, the presenting/corresponding author, or the list of authors and affiliations. Please verify all details for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Abstracts must consist of original, unpublished material that has not been previously presented. Furthermore, work submitted to EOW 2027 may not be submitted to any other meeting occurring before this conference.
  • Please indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation on the submission form.
    • All abstracts will be scored by the committee via a formal peer-review process. Accepted works will be presented as a short talk, flash talk, or poster; otherwise, the submission will be declined.
